Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that all of our clients have the opportunity to book their preferred time slots, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
**Please note:**
- **Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice** will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- **No-shows** will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
